Customer Success Manager


Helping our customers be successful. Helping them achieve their desired outcomes, by working closely with them, understanding their goals, challenges, ensuring Parallo are delivering maximum value on current services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into Parallo products and Services
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers you are assigned
  • Collaborate with the Service teams to ensure the customer is receiving agreed deliverables from the service and technical issues raised by customers are resolved satisfactorily
  • Understand customer outcomes, analyse customer metrics, NPS and gather other feedback utilizing Parallo approved tools.
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out their services with Parallo
  • Being the main point of contact between the company and assigned customers.

This is a significant role in our business, so you’ll need to be a brilliant communicator, have a sense of humour, enjoy delighting customers, and have a real passion for technology.
