Ever since Jenna’s first Customer Service role she felt a strong connection to supporting the customer journey, this has led her to have a desire to look under the hood of businesses, a draw towards understanding the customer and using this as a basis for all steps forward. Jenna has built her career in Marketing and Account Management roles across a range of industries.
Jenna has a strong practical business knowledge and thrives on having strategic conversations. Working for Parallo allows Jenna to implement her customer centric ethos, digital experience, strategic planning and analytical mindset.
When not in the office, you’ll find Jenna outdoors, whether that’s hiking, mountain biking, surfing or skiing, there is always some sort of adventure to be had.
