Steve has 20 years of experience in SaaS, Customer Success and Data Driven Insights in both the UK and NZ.
He has experience in a wide range of business areas, from Business Development and Sales through to Product Development, Business Analytics and Web Design as well as Account Management and Customer Success.
This broad experience allows for an understanding of the whole picture just a little better and for Steve it always leads back to one central question.
'What's best for my client?'
When he is not at his computer, Steve can be hard to find. He’ll either be with one of his 3 kids or helping his wife out in the garden… he may of course be brewing his own beer or working on an outdoor project (restoring an old claw foot bath was a recent one!). Failing that he’ll be out for a run, playing Touch or catching up with friends.
